Our story
It started with a question, not a plan. In 2024, Isaac Yerima asked why northern Nigeria's most talented young people had to leave to succeed. The answer was simple: the infrastructure wasn't there. So he built it, in Bauchi, from scratch, with people who refused to wait.

Founded in Bauchi around one conviction: build the infrastructure that keeps northern Nigeria's talent at home.
2025
Incorporated as a Company Limited by Shares. Formal structure for programs, partnerships, and long term growth.
2025
First structured training cohorts launched. Community passed 150 members in its first active year.
2026
Co-working space opened. Community grew from 150 to 400+ members. A permanent space for builders in Bauchi.

We find driven individuals across Bauchi State and put them through structured, hands-on tech training programs, building real, deployable skills across software development, design, and digital business. No shortcuts, no surface-level content.
Community & the iHatch Incubator
Trained individuals enter a living ecosystem of founders and tech enthusiasts, with the strongest ideas progressing into iHatch, our structured incubation cohort that takes a startup from concept to venture-ready through mentorship, accountability, and real world exposure.
